LG strengthens its real estate practice with new partner hire
Lawrence Graham ("LG") has appointed Mark Mallon from SJ Berwin as a partner in its leading Real Estate group.
Mark specialises in real estate investment and development, including forward funding. He focuses on larger often complex transactions across all asset classes. His clients include a number of overseas investment funds and companies as well as UK-based retailers, hoteliers and land owners. He recently advised German investment company KGAL on its acquisition of 60 Gracechurch Street , London for £116 million.
Mark has been with SJ Berwin since 2002. He qualified with Thomas Eggar in 2000.
At LG, Mark will work alongside Jon Lloyd and Dan Gwilliam as part of their investment and development team.
