ExpertiseDan has wide experience in all aspects of commercial real estate focusing on investment transactions and development projects including joint venture projects, promotion agreements, sale and leaseback transactions, fundings and commercial lettings. Dan has particular experience in the retail sector and is an active member of the British Council of Shopping Centres. As a founding member of their "New Generation" Committee he regularly presents and arranges seminars and social functions with the BCSC.
