  • Advising Arthur J Gallagher (UK) Limited on the sale of Gallagher Re's treaty and certain parts of its facultative broking business in the UK to Aon. The deal, structured as an asset sale, was run concurrently with the sale of of substantially all of Gallagher Re's reinsurance broking business in the US
