  • Acting for Trikona Trinity Capital plc in LCIA arbitration proceedings involving claims of over £100 million and advising in ancillary proceedings in India and Mauritius
  • Representing a minority shareholder in an LCIA arbitration in relation to a £45 million shareholders’ dispute
  • Obtaining a ground-breaking permanent injunction from the English High Court for GlaxoSmithKline Plc following a contested trial
  • Acting for the Bristol Port Company in relation to a substantial scheme deficit (circa £200 million) in High Court proceedings which raises issues of wider significance for the UK pensions industry
  • Advising in relation to a multi-million dollar DIAC arbitration claim arising out of a major IT installation project in Dubai
  • Acting for various listed funds in contested proceedings concerning allegations of fraud, negligence and breach of contract
