Lawrence Graham has a dedicated technology law group with many years of experience in advising both customers and vendors on the procurement of technology, including software and systems such as ERP and CRM systems, cloud computing solutions, IT outsourcing arrangements and hardware procurement.
We also assist with the development of RFPs and proposal documents, and will work as part of your team to negotiate and finalise contractual arrangements. We have experience in working with the largest technology vendors, and understand the need to stay in touch with best practices in contractual models and standards.
Although many of our clients are household names, we also work with vendors who are working with customers who are much larger in size and with larger procurement and legal teams behind them. We will work with such vendors to mitigate the contractual and commercial risks of such arrangements, and ensure they have the protection of an experienced lawyer when negotiating the contract.
