The regulation and governance team at Lawrence Graham comprises individuals from across the firm’s practice areas, including specialist corporate lawyers and litigators, who provide clear, sound and commercial advice on the regulatory concerns facing our financial institution clients in the UK or abroad.
Lawyers in the group are superbly placed to provide an essential insight into the workings of the UK regulatory and prudential regime. Our lawyers’ experience in working at the FSA can directly benefit our clients as well as advising on the law.
The team is led by Richard Everett who has more than 10 years’ experience with the FSA as a senior lawyer and includes Eoin O'Shea, an acknowledged expert on the UK's Bribery Act and related matters.
Recently, we have acted for a payment services firm and the former CEO of a fund management firm in FSA investigations.
