Trusts in commercial transactions

We have extensive experience with the use of trusts in the commercial environment. We advise private and corporate trustees and beneficiaries on corporate structures. We work closely with our colleagues in the private capital, capital markets and real estate service areas on the trust law issues raised in the commercial use of trusts, for example in:

  • Employee incentivisation schemes
  • Securitisation schemes
  • Banking security arrangements
  • Using purpose trusts as holding vehicles

More straightforwardly, we will be involved advising trustee shareholders in corporate transactions
